Thanks everyone for the advice. Knowing about the missing screw will help me the next time, if I encounter the same issue. The AD did replace it for what it’s worth but funnily, I have learnt more about the issue on this forum than the sales guy at the AD.
Also, the PAM is doing great and loving every single day of wearing it.
