Cooking.
I started back in my early twenties with basic stuff because I missed home cooked meals and got tired of take out all the time.
My mother was a fantastic cook but she passed when I was 15.
In the past 10+ years it's become a big passion of mine and brings me a lot of enjoyment. My son is a full time college student and has worked his way up from dishwasher to head chef at a very nice restaurant, so it's rubbed off on him.
