Leaving aside the discussion whether I should or shouldn't be bothered by this...
My questions is from a technical POV :

1. What would be the procedure for realigning the dial ? What sections of the case/movement will have to be disassembled (movement/hands/etc...)
2. Same question about the bezel insert.
I am sure a blind man would love to see that fraction of a mm so called miss alignment.And not worth the trouble trying to do it,as it will have no bearing on the running of the But watch would need to be opened then hands removed,dial taken off movement then moved a fraction of a mm reattached to movement top plate.As for the bezel insert special tool to remove and move a fraction of mm in the bezel possible it could break.
