Any experiences visiting the Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi?
I’ll be in Tokyo next month and have reservations to visit the Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi. While day tripable from Tokyo, it pretty much takes the entire day, and Shinkansen + taxi costs will be over $500USD for two people. I’m debating whether the tour is worth it or not.
Has anyone here been to the Shizukuishi Studio before? Any feedback appreciated. |

If I had the chance I would, 500$ for a once in a lifetime experience sounds like a bargain to me

The train ride itself is an experience... if you can get a nice window view it's really quite scenic.
Personally I would go for it. Sounds like a fun memory.

I have not. But it’s something that I really want to do.
