I'm doing PR work for a Swiss insurance company and
I wear all my watches in rotation during the week: the TT Daytona, the LV, the Blue (gray dial) sub, and the datajust.
Rolexes or whatever, it's a Swiss company and watches kind of come with the territory, so no problem wearing them even when I'm with clients and vendors. But nobody pays attention to my Rolexs. But when I wear my 42mm Bvlgari Bvlgari and the Black face Rettangolo. Then people seem to notice. |

I'm a miner
Unless it grows on trees likelyhood is some miner dug it out of the ground and it was converted into something you are living in or sitting on. Don't want to make a statement here but how's about a couple minutes silence for the guys that are trapped in a coal mine in Utah. I pray they get out alive. Clive |

Andy, all great cars! Old school for sure. I've always liked the mid 80's 528e. We recently bought a '03 E320 benz over the new 5 series. That may have been a mistake as we have had many problems with it. But I'll cry the blues in the Mercedes forum.

For those that dont know what a Locum is I basically sell doctors specifically Surgeons. Many people I work with wear Rolexes and many other nice watches. In fact we have 3 people in my office that wear ss daytona's. It is a place that if you have been here for more then three years you make six figures. |

At the company I worked at before everyone knew I was going RLX and because I was, others were motivated to go Yachty and Turn-o-graph (the accountants watch). After all you must keep time... you in?

Thanks for reminding us the power of prayer. Underground mining must be a very stressful career. My thoughts and prayers go out to them and their family.

I've practiced law for 21 years, and by golly I'm going to keep practicing law till I get it right.
In my line of work, wearing a Rolex is considered a sign of running a successful practice, so I'll be wearing mine every day. On a far more serious note, as of 52 minutes ago CNN was reporting that the drillers may have missed the miners trapped in Utah. However, they're keeping their hopes up and are continuing to drill away. Three people were killed in a mine in Indiana earlier. Mining is incredibly dangerous work. Let's keep them all in our prayers.

I'm praying for them even now. It is incredibly dangerous work.
I've had several jobs but for the past 20 years have sold Insurance. Wearing my Rolex at work right now. A very classic styled Oysterdate 6694 black dial with new alligator black strap. As of right now against the atomic clock here in the office it lost 1 second since yestersday. For a 45 year old watch its a jewel. I'll probably put the oyster bracelet back on next week, but I love the way it looks with the black band. Nobody at work notices. |

I'm a manager at a major retailer. Never even
consider wearing my SS Sub-date to work. I usually wear a nice Swiss watch (old Zodiac chrono or my Movado) on a daily basis- one that has already received plenty of battle scars. I like to save the Rolex for days off, but I'd love to wear it daily if I could!

I manage my own construction company, never really had an interest in fine watches. Until I inherited one, then I came here and saw more of them. Now I think i'm starting to get the bug, could get expensive, LOL.
I can't wear the one I inherited, never forgive myself if it got damaged, and I think i'd be a fool to where anything to my work that cost me 1000s of dollars unless I were meeting clients. I might be the boss, but you never send your men were you would fear to tread, keeps me in shape too. |

Interesting. Can you assemble and disassemble all Rolex movements? I have a new Daytona. Is the Daytona movement much morecomplicated than the others?
