Well articulated but still a little ridiculous to go through the process of creating your own seal to stamp on your own watch as a "sign" of quality. Its no more a "sign" of quality than the box it is shipped in. Are they going to have watches fail and then sell them without the seal?
Why not just state that your watches are held to a higher standard than the GS and the name "Patek Philippe" on the dial is all you need to "see" to confirm that. Seems to be more about marketing showmanship than anything else.
