The SA is implying that once this current model is discontinued, the newer one will be more expensive due to the upgrades (movement, etc). The original moon watch will be upgraded, and you won't be able to purchase a new in box for $5,350 so buy it now.

I might buy one, but not two solely on future value. According to him the original moon watch will be discontinued around October 15. Make of it as you wish.
