Hello Marie and welcome to TRF. As JJ stated, 904L stainless steel as used by Rolex contains 23-28% nickel. As JJ said, if you could borrow one for a short while, you could see how your skin reacts to it. Otherwise you may have to save a little longer and get a gold watch.
