Depends on if they are quoting for their Rolex service, or a service by the Rolex Service Center.

The RSC usually has a basic service charge starting around $650, depending on the model. The RSC also includes most of the parts that wear, including pinions, and wheels (gears), mainsprings, acrylic crystals, and all of the seals.

It may cost a thousand though, if you need new crown/tube, sapphire crystals, etc.
