Err buddy Vertigo...welcome to this World renown Rolex watch forum...
As much as Orchi can recall...the 16750 watch case measures...
1. Overall Height/Thickness from Top surface of crystal to Bottom of Backcase cover is...13mm.
2. Overall Width including Bezel & Crown from left to right is...42mm.
3. Overall Length from case lug to case lug is...47mm.
