Interesting thread. Started looking into this and gave them a call too.

After speaking with them today, they did confirm that almost all the parts on the particular watch that I was looking at were OEM. This includes the bracelet, dial, movement, etc. The only points of contention were that almost all of the crystals on the older pieces (1601) are non-OEM. Other major point that the representative immediately noted was the possibility that some screws in the movement itself may be replaced with non-oem parts as well. But all-in-all, didn’t feel like they were hiding any information from me and were pretty straight forward in my situation.

She also mentioned that they do offer a 1-year full service warranty for free.

Curious to see any other experiences with the company.
