One thing to consider about the sapphire vs hesalite is the caseback. I had the hesalite, which looked great on the top crystal, but the engravings on the caseback constantly scratched my arm hair or caused discomfort (and FYI I'm not particularly hairy). A lot of talk on the 3861 is how the bracelet traps arm hair, but I found it to be more so the case back than the bracelet. I imagine since the Sapphire doesn't have the same engravings, it might be more comfortable on the wrist
