What part of San Diego will you be in? There are a ton of good restaurants here, but, good to know what part of town.

For new watches:

Fashion Valley Mall in Mission Valley has boutiques for Rolex, Omega, Breitling, and Montblanc. There's also a Ben Bridge that sells Tudor, TAG, and Oris in that mall. The Neiman Marcus sells Chopard, Van Cleef, and Franck Muller. Bloomingdales sells FC, TAG, and Tissot.

Westfield UTC has a quasi-Rolex boutique (attached to Ben Bridge) and Ben Bridge carries Grand Seiko, TAG, and Tudor. There's also a CJ Charles that carries Breitling, Omega, IWC, Panerai, and Cartier.

If you go over to La Jolla, there is a CJ Charles with IWC, Panerai, JLC, and Cartier. Also, a Westime that carries several brands - GS, GO, Zenith, Moser, Bell & Ross, etc.

For vintage, I don't know a lot. There's the Jeweler's Exchange building downtown that has dozens of shops that carry preowned and vintage watches.
