Reproduction pips are available on eBay for $50-$100, depending on whether they are uncolored or already colored. They look basically ok to the naked eye if you're not an expert. Better than nothing to fill the hole. A legit tritium pip will cost you at least $300 these days, if you can find one. I buy them whenever I see them.
