Would doubt if your watch is magnetised as in most cases it's the hairspring is the main culprit making it stick.And in general will run very very erratic or even stop and refuse to start if very magnetised.If your watch is a consistent few seconds fast then most probably needs regulation or perhaps change the your wearing resting habits when off wrist.
