Strap change tool broken
Hi,
I recently picked up a PAM915 and have absolutely loved the watch. The last time I tried to change my strap however, the strap tool completely broke and I was unable to change straps. I purchased the said watch new from my local AD, who has now agreed to replace the tool. Just wanted to check if any others have experienced the same. Found it a bit odd that this would happen within 3 months of ownership and I’ve maybe changed straps thrice! Maybe just Italian things?
