FedEx Ground has lost or damaged more shipments to me than all other carriers combined. Anything that looks valuable (e.g. monitors shipped in original boxes) gets pilfered.
I read recently that FedEx wants to contract out all their deliveries. I’ll never use them again if the whole business turns into FedEx Ground.
