Great watch the 5811, but not that great to give up any DD or the 116500.
You can trade the Sub, VCO and the IWC and add the funds to get it. A platinum DD40 with the fluted bezel is a sight to behold. I don’t think you are missing out much even if you keep the DD40 and not get the 5811.
