I’ll be 65 in a couple of months. Lots of aches and pains with daily activities. I still work full time but retiring in December 2024. I feel in good health and I always see the Dr whenever I feel out of sorts. I make a point to get yearly exams, dental cleanings, scheduled colonoscopy screening, and visit my dermatologist every year. Had skin cancer a couple of times so I keep screening for it and wear sunblock. I could stand to lose 10-15 pounds, but not terribly over weight. I hope to age gracefully and live another 30+ years.
