coming from the guy that just moved there....
but that is a theme all over the world. very rarely to people want outsiders coming in. unless trying for economic stimulus. which FLA clearly is not currently concerned about.
I personally love when new people come in. I simply don't want too many doing so.
I also love folks coming to jersey. best state in the union.
it keeps the real estate costs up. which suits me just fine for the time being.
