The glide lock on the 12 is nice but as others have said i have a good fit on the 11 so don't feel I need it enough to make the swap.

I agree, the dark dials look better on the 12 series.
Both are great though and I would be more than happy with either, I just don't think I would trade one for the other and take a hit in the resale.
