This is a new model submariner gentlemen, it houses a 32×× movement and therefore does not have dial feet.

It is clamped on the movement, and has cutouts on the side for centering nodges, the play on this is so minimal that I do not think it can fix OP's issue.

Your best bet is unscrewing the case screws from the movement, slightly turning the whole movement inside the case in the desired direction and then holding it there and secure the screws again. You'll only want to do a very slight adjustment since it will put sideways pressure on your stem, but it is the only 'fix' for your misalignment issue.
