The R O L E X R O L E X letters are spaced to correspond with the minute markers on the dial.

The crown on the rehaut is etched at 12.00 relative to the case.

All of that is clearly by design.

Its not the engraving thats misaligned unless by a fault in the manufacturing process. Its otherwise always the dial thats misaligned as been explained
