Old news on the Peloton Bike. But man oh man, I've been riding the Peloton 191 weeks straight and am in about the best shape of my life. Between Tabata, HIIT, and Hills I am unstoppable when I get on the mountain bike.
I am almost 62 and frequently ride in the top 10% of my group.
Would highly recommend the program.
