I sent my 1970 1675 GMT-Master to Rolex NY last week. It had heavily worn lugs but was otherwise very pretty. As much as I'd like to keep the original, I wanted the case replaced.
I got the call yesterday morning. I did not write down the numbers but the recommended service of the movement (incl. crown, tube, crystal plus bezel-insert) was in the neighborhood of $550; the 'case-frame' (case plus back) was an additional ~$550; Other add-ons include just under $500 for the Oyster bracelet and something just over $200 for the bezel itself...
