13.2 stone normal for past 1.5 yrs, I fluctuate +/- 2kgs average. <---- what I weighed at 21 yrs of age! Down from 15.7 average over the past 35 yrs.. Love the 34 inch waist over the 38 and no more dunlap belly either!
