Nice guns Bruno. BTW, I hate working legs too, but the only reason I do it is because I've heard that it releases more growth hormone than anything.
In terms of weight, the greatest thing you can do for yourself is implement good portion control. At most restaurants, they pile on enough for two meals. At home, switch from dinner to salad plates. You won't notice the difference, and your brain will be happy when the plate is clean.
