First photo is from 2002. I was in modeling business then and tried to look muscular but not too bulky.
And training was like this: six days in a row hard gym workouts, seventh day was for running (I was pretty good back then, even participate and finished half-marathon, 21km) and eight day was for rest.

Second and third are from 2008. I was in great shape then, pretty cut and all.

Fourth picture is from summer of 2010., I was in o.k. shape, but it`s obvious that I started to gain some mass (on purpose)...
Now (I`m almost 32 years old) I`m still in very good shape, much better than in 2010., bulkier though, and training is slightly different. Three days in a row hard gym workout (harder than ever, I admit) and fourth day is for rest.

I don`t know...it`s something that is part of my life since I was fourteen and I don`t think that I could live without my everyday routine, which means WORKOUT!
