Phoenix is its own company based out of England. Get this... recently checked ebay for more and the guy that usually sells them (Mickie500) has NOTHING listed... i dont know whats going on...
I actually was in talks with him not long ago considering becoming a small distributor in the US... eventually decided not to do it at this time. Anyway, I find it odd that there are none listed on ebay from him....
