Here is a Rolex ad with the great Scottish racing driver Jackie Stewart. Interesting the model associated with the driver is the 18K DJ.
I believe this ad is from the maybe mid 60's??

Well I never! Where are the Submariners? the Professional watches?

And what about size? Well maybe Jackie had a small wrist???
