14060M is a model number and has been since about 2000. The previous model - 14060 - was made in 1989 through 1999 and had the 3000 movement rather than the 3130 movement.

Do not confuse the model number with the latest serial numbers that start with an M.

And no, all "M" serial number 14060M's do not have the engraved rehaut or the COSC ink on the dial.
