You are correct Grovana is the company actually producing these. As well as their own brand and models for the Roberts brand name as well. Also Steinhart has undergone a name change to Debaufre. Another company had the same name and more money for lawyers so a name change was in order. Here is a link to their web site which shows the version of this model I like as I can't afford the real Rolex model at the moment.
