Seems to me most the "answers" have already been stated, but for me it was shockingly simple.
(1) water only and a lot of it. I drink between .5 and 1 ounce of water per pound I weigh every single day
(2) vegetables comprise easily half of every meal
(3) fruit, proteins and healthier carbs make up the rest
(4) I also do a psyllium fiber sweep daily typically between lunch and dinner
That's it. If I stick to that I'm healthy, happy and have energy.
