OP - I read your original post and don't understand how the initial few respondents could have construed it the way they described how they received your message.
I too, would have been extremely upset at the whole situation. What a blatantly ignorant AD. Any customer should never be spoken to in that manner and to do that to someone who has expressed interest in a relatively big sale is plain stupidity. Baffling!!!
