I completed a purchase/trade with Thanh. His sterling reputation is highly deserved. I would not hesitate to work with Thanh again. There was an issue with UPS (not Thanh's fault) and Thanh resolved the issue immediately with a resolution beyond my expectations. I'm looking forward to purchasing my next watch!
