I like the idea of keeping the original components stored and replacing the hands and dial with service components.
As far as the temperature range of the watches. The Sauna isn't so humid as it is hot (about 125 F). I guess it shouldn't be any worse then a spring day in Phoenix so I guess it would be fine.
