If in fact a refund is what you seek, this is so wrong on so many levels.
In fact, so wrong that it starts to truly taint your story and its validity, not to mention your haste in posting this thread.
If in fact you did not receive this insert, the right thing to have done is have advised seller, awaited a replacement and have moved on with your life.
Your intent was to advise others of this seller.
Instead, the outcome is "good luck" with your own reputation.
