I have a friend who recently sent his TT Yacht Master to Dallas RSC. It needed service, plus more as it’s a hard worn watch. First, they refused service unless he replaced the bracelet, which was pretty bad to be fair, but they quoted him a huge price for everything needed.

So….for a Crown, Tube, Crystal, Overhaul, and new bracelet, they said $7600 for the full job. Eight to ten weeks return time.
Rolex do not refuse to service if you do not replace the bracelet - as Rolex do not require the bracelet be present at all. You can send the watch head or the watch with a strap fitted. They will quote for a bracelet, but not require it.

What Rolex will have said is they are unable to guarantee the security of the watch or the integrity while the current bracelet is fitted.
