Raising the possibility that a Rolex ceramic bezel might scratch is virtual heresy around here. That is probably why you have not received any answers to your post.

But scratches do occur as documented in posts here and on other forums. Some scratches on the ceramic itself can be polished out but scratches on the gold/platinum markers cannot, requiring replacement which is expensive.

The recessed markers/numbers with applied gold/platinum are susceptible to chipping and scratching. This is the principal flaw in the Rolex ceramic bezel design.
