I find it hard to go into ADs.
They get watches in every week. I have made my interest known/clear and try to stop by to say hello once in a while. And nothing. Just excuses and lies for years.
Grays on the other hand, are always glad to hear from you, and have plenty of watches to sell you (and are willing to trade to make a deal happen today).
The grey model is much more client friendly.
