This is actually a terrible comparison with Harley to Rolex. Sure Harleys are extremely desirable now, but I guess most people don't remember Harley nearly going bankrupt in the late 70s and early 80s from piss poor quality. I seem to remember the jokes being "buy two Harleys, one to drive and one for parts." Rolex has never, ever, had quality control issues like that.

Sounds like you enjoy Corvettes and value, so don't forget about the humble Nissan GT-R.
