Its looking like a MK3 but faded. Sadly the blurry image wont show much. Could you post better images and maybe also from the complete dial (also the under areas).
Are you sure about the 7 mil serial ? This will be a 1981 production. As far as I know the 1665 drsd has been up to 5.1 -5.2 mil range.
