FS: Glycine Airman Base 22 Purist Automatic

FS: Glycine Airman Base 22 Purist Automatic - $1099 Shipped

Here’s a classic Glycine Airman Base 22 Purist Automatic (Model #3887.18/66) in an easy overall TZ 97% condition. I have owned this watch for less than four months after purchasing it brand new. Watch has been worn once. The pictures accurately represent the condition of the watch. A classic piece that represents the first 24-hour watch.

Nicely finished stainless steel case is brushed and polished and measures 41.1mm without the signed screwdown crown; 45mm crown inclusive. 22mm lugs, case thickness is 11.2mm. Display caseback is polished and screws down and displays a cool Airman airplane logo on the rotor.

Flat sapphire crystal. Quickset date @ 3. Unidirectional rotating 24-hour bezel has no clicks because it locks down with the crown @ 4. Dark blue to medium blue fade-type dial. Hour and minute hands are silver with inset lume. Luminous markers. Lume quality is good. Watch is rated at 200 meters of water resistance (not guaranteed by me).

Swiss Made ETA 2893-2 automatic movement keeps great time. Please remember that this is a true 24-hour watch; the hour hand makes just one revolution of the dial every 24 hours.

Currently installed on a like-new Panatime dark blue genuine croc strap with white contrast stitching and stainless steel buckle. The solid link OEM stainless steel bracelet has never been worn or sized and is included.

Watch is sold as-is. Includes outer and inner boxes, aftermarket Panatime strap, unworn OEM bracelet and instructions. Watch is in the U.S.

Selling for $1099 shipped. CONUS sales only. Payment by USPS money order only. If paying with PayPal, buyer adds 3%.

No trades. No international sales or Canadian sales. Serious inquiries only, no time wasters, please! Lowball offers will not be responded to.
