I read your post and thought, he can’t really be calling that a “push present”. So what you really want is a new Rolex for a new Mom. Talk to a few ADs. Did you ask your wife what she wants? That’s important. Best wishes on the upcoming new baby. I have a new grandson due in August: my 15th grandchild, and likely the last one. A 31 mm DJ should be obtainable within a short period. Make sure to tell the SA that it’s to commemorate the birth of your child. Good luck.
