I've had to have my 2009 Sub Date re-regulated two times under warranty. The first time it was running 15-20 seconds slow a day, the second time, 30 seconds slow a day. I really wanted to know why and what Dallas RSC did to fix it, but they never tell you. Only Rolex in 8 that I have owned that needed warranty work. Now it's 2 seconds fast a day, and I am happy.
