I like the PCLs on my Batman, but also the brushed on my Sub C.
The GMTs were created for pilots, meant for delicate professions, hence the PCls for a more dressy look. Sub and Explorer are meant to be toughies, so brushed.
Perhaps this is also why Yatchmaster has PCLs. More for delicate professions, class and dressy look.
