Besides the fact that it's unethical at minimum, your SA doesn't have the final say on allocating a Panda. There's one or more persons above her that need to sign off on the allocation. They're going to look at your file and so forth. Obviously, your 5k 'Tip' is not going to show up, but your zero purchase history will.
