Poor man's Rolex? This was always funny to me as something is always the poor man's version of something else.
I voted Opaline (and I have one and love it) but I've told my AD I'm interested in the new 39mm version and I'd like that one too.
I'd rather look at the Opaline. I'd rather wear the 39mm on a rubber strap.
The faux rivets? I didn't even know it had these until I read something about it. Glanced down and thought "oh yeah, I see those now. I wonder why it's triggering so many?"
My Opaline GMT is -1 s/d worn and +1 s/d dial up on my nightstand. It's a stunner when the sun catches it. Winding it is a joy, so ultra smooth. There's no micro adjustment on the band but it gets me close enough and it was $4k and change. I think it's around 10 seconds slow after wearing it a year.
Besides my TT Sub, the only watch I love more than the Tudor is my $300 Seiko Cocktail Time.
