Can't go wrong with any of your choices
Owning all 3 - for me the 5811 gets the most wrist time.
I may be in the minority, but I do like the layout of the AC on the 5726.
The 5712 gets the least wrist time, probably because my example has the "previous" clasp without the 2mm micro adjustment. If you are able to get a 5712 new from AD - it would have a great chance of having the updated clasp.
