In my experience watches in general most brands seldom need any warranty work in the warranty period.Sure there will be a tiny minority,and today with brands like Rolex producing around 800000 plus units a year, some will have the odd defect thats a fact of life.But like all insurance warranty etc you pay your money but deep down you hope you will never need to use it
